Where Creativity Meets the HIV Pandemic!
Introduction

The POSITIVE INSPIRATIONS Project is The Friends of AIDS Foundation international HIV awareness program which utilizes artistic expression to attract and educate people about the HIV virus.

The Project is based on the belief that ART is the universal language that has the power to educate, motivate, and empower people to affect meaningful change.

The Goal is to move the world through artistic expression to create the social change necessary to eradicate the HIV pandemic and end the destructive stigma attached to the disease.

The Project includes numerous programs and each program will have a separate launch date. Submissions received will be used throughout various programs and to create international HIV Awareness materials including a book, educational program, and exhibition. The HIV pandemic is likely the greatest global health challenge we will face in our lifetime.

There are more than 33 million people infected with HIV worldwide; thousands are dying each day; thousands more are newly infected; an alarming amount of people do not have access to lifesaving treatments; and the stigma attached to this disease remains strong. The HIV pandemic will continue to thrive if an innovative response is not taken.

We have the power to end the HIV pandemic and the destructive stigma attached to the disease. It starts with each one of us!
